We’re inviting Android users to try a complete sitting and tell us how it feels: the voice, the cards, the pacing, and anything that gets in the way.

A few things to know.
Can I download the app now?
Not yet. This page collects tester interest. Selected testers will receive access details when the release build is ready.
What about iPhone?
Android is first. Choose iPhone in the form to register interest in future updates. We haven’t announced an iPhone release date.
What feedback will you need?
Try a full three-card sitting and tell us whether the voice and captions are clear, the controls feel natural, and the experience runs smoothly on your device.
Can I withdraw my interest?
Yes. Email info@hideandseekparaquest.com using the address you registered with.

For help with signing in, saved readings, voice playback or Premium access, email info@hideandseekparaquest.com. Include your device model, app version and a description of what happened. If you include a screenshot, hide passwords, payment details and any private reading text you do not want to share.
Never send your password or a verification code. For a purchase issue, tell us which store you used and the product name; do not send your card details. You can manage subscriptions through Google Play or Apple subscription settings.

Request account deletion.
To request deletion of your The Parlour account and associated data, email Hide and Seek Paraquest Studios from the email address registered to your account. Use the button below and include your registered email address. Do not send your password.

If your email app does not open, send your request to info@hideandseekparaquest.com with the subject “The Parlour account deletion request”. We verify account ownership before acting.
Deletion covers your Parlour sign-in account, profile, saved readings, questions and conversation history associated with that account in our systems. Readings stored only on your device can be removed by clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling it.
Records that must be retained for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or dispute-resolution obligations are kept only for the applicable required period. We will identify any retained records and their retention period when responding to your request.
Deleting your Parlour account does not automatically cancel a store subscription. Manage or cancel Android subscriptions in Google Play and iPhone subscriptions in your Apple subscription settings separately. You may also use the email above to request deletion of particular readings or data without closing your account.
