Being paranormal investigators we use a vast array of equipment. Here are a few of our most important items and a brief description of how they work.
EMF DETECTORS EMF
(Electromagnetic field) detectors are used to detect all fluctuations in the natural EMF of the environment. Ghosts and spirits are believed to disrupt natural levels of EMF and this piece of equipment records unnatural changes. We are currently using all available EMF detector brands including tri field meters.
LASER GUIDED THERMOMETERS
Laser guided thermometers record temperature accurately and upto large distances from the subject. We use various brands of non contact IR thermometers to record sudden changes in temperature. Paranormal activity can be responsible for severe temperature drops.
VIDEO EQUIPMENT
Infrared night vision technology not only allows us to film in complete darkness but also enables us to see! Various camera models are currently being used. We also use infrared security equipment which provides a complete monitoring station for the team.
PHOTOGRAPHY
Still photography is an important part of our research. We are currently using Kodak, Canon, Samsung and Sony cameras in our investigations.
AUDIO
Hide and Seek Paraquest have our very own sound engineer, whom will control all audio recording via professional studio equipment. The type of equipment and amount used will depend on location. Our investigators will also carry personal IC Recorders in the chance that EVP may be recorded.
